My digital collages mirror a paper & glue collage in the sense that I play with layering, proportions and different types of “cuts” (e.g. smooth vs choppy lines), while combining found images with images I’ve taken, or had taken of me. I love editing images of the human form, often layered with natural imagery, in soft vivid colours.

These collages evoke a magical or fantastical quality, often locating the subject in a sort of dream-land or in-between-space. Creating spaces where memory, association & meaning are fluid, and the mysticism, playfulness, divinity, and humanity of the subjects are highlighted.
